Cali Q

We brine, dry rub, marinate, smoke, and prepare all items from scratch. Cowgirl strives to use organic, local, all-natural, sustainable products to ensure the best quality BBQ. The Cali Q package serves up to 15-20 and includes:

(3) Texas Brisket  – salt & pepper rub, 13-hour smoke, gluten-free

(6) St. Louis Spareribs – salt & pepper rub, 13-hour smoke, gluten-free

(5) Smoked Chicken Quarters GF – CowgirlQ poultry blend, smoked & grilled over hickory wood

(1QT) Choice of BBQ Sauce – Choose between the COWGIRLQ: made Sweet or Spicy,  the CAROLINA VINEGAR: classic vinegar sauce or the HAWAIIAN: tangy, sweet, and slightly spicy
